A Luxury Boutique Hotel and Restaurant kitchen located close to the towns of Witham and Danbury are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join their hard working brigade.

This boutique restaurant is well established and has a very skilled team and passionate brigade who use modern cooking techniques including sous vide. You will be working with a team of 8 using the freshest produce to create an exciting and changeable menu.

The Restaurant:

  • Fine dining to a rosette level using fresh and local produce.
  • Modern cooking techniques including sous vide cooking.
  • Talented award winning small and stable brigade

The Role:

  • You will be working 5 days a week, mixture of straight and spilt shifts.
  • You must have the right attitude and drive to progress in your career.
  • You will be creative with ideas for new menus.
  • You must have had prior experience at this level and be willing to show this in a working trial.
  • You must have a good knowledge of each section of the kitchen
