Chef de Partie

This luxury boutique Restaurant with rooms set within a picturesque Norfolk village is looking for a hardworking and passionate Chef de Partie to join their team to uphold and surpass the already high standards in place.

Near to stunning Norfolk coastline with 55+ bedrooms all uniquely styled and designed for comfort and luxury has an award-winning restaurant serving food and dishes from a modern classic British menu using fresh, seasonal, produce for guests and customers.

As Chef de Partie your main duties will include:
•Aiding the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
•Ordering of food
•Carrying out stock checks
•Ensuring the correct standards are in place
•Training of the junior chefs

Qualifications/Experience required for this Chef de Partie position are:
•Previous experience in an establishment that was accredited with Rosettes would be advantageous
•Must have NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent
•Show a full understanding of food safety and hygiene

Chef de Partie applicants must also be well presented and have strong leadership and communication skills with an excellent stable CV.
