I am looking for an experienced Chef de Partie in Honiton to assist the Head Chef in this busy country hotel near Honiton on a full-time, permanent basis. You will receive a competitive salary of around £23,000.00 per annum.
The hotel has built up a great reputation in the area for great service, great food and a gorgeous location. The company is a small collection of hotels across the South West.
As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the quality of the food from your section and mentor the Commis Chefs. You will also be responsible along with the Sous Chef for ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times.
You will be responsible for your section ensuring consistently high standards by adhering to the company specifications and procedures.
Ideally you will have worked in a kitchen with flawless food hygiene standards and organisational systems that will ensure amazing food, A happy brigade and higher margins.
You will be an ambitious and enthusiastic Chef de Partie Chef with a real desire to progress.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have a mix of branded and independent experience, with at least a years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen.
You will be a chef that can formulate plans that move the restaurant forward, anticipate any potential hurdles and create action plans to overcome and or prevent them.
