Our client, one of Surrey's most exclusive private members club's is looking for an aspiring CDP to join it's already established team.

The club has two restaurants with the kitchen producing food from scratch for both. One a more relaxed self service restaurant the other producing brasserie style dishes to a rosette standard.

Candidates should have worked as a Commis or CDP in a 100% fresh kitchen and possess strong knife skills, a can-do attitude, be reliable and have a willingness to develop.

Due to it's location candidates will need to have their own transport as the club is not serviced by public transport.

You will be contracted to 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7. You'll always work straight shifts, never split. After 3 months you'll be given full use of the club's facilities and they have a very competitive bonus scheme with up to 10% of your salary paid in bonuses. You'll also receive free uniform and meals whilst on duty. Hours are 6am earliest start, 10pm latest finish.
