Skilled Chef de Partie for a new opening restaurant in Mayfair
An established brand has decided to bring the Black sea cuisine for the first time in London Mayfair. Currently, the menu is derived mostly from the Odessa area, reviewing traditional dishes to a modern way by keeping the family style feeling.
The role is perfect for an ambitious, creative and professional Chef de partie, that would want to be part of the drive to further the business and respond to new trends. As Chef de Partie you will need to ensure the smooth running of your section, delivering the highest standards every time, as well as be compliant with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
To be successful, you will need at least one year's experience in London as a Chef de Partie as well as strong knowledge of seafood or Odessa style cuisine.
To the Chef de partie we can offer salary up to 26k with expected 48 expected working hours per week. This is an amazing opportunity to learn a new style of cuisine and make a name for yourself in London. The kitchen starts work at 10 AM, last orders at 10:30 PM.
