The property has an extremely well known reputation for using quality ingredients and unique flavours. Guests can expect to see some of their favourite dishes but with theproperties own surprising twists.They pride themselves on using the best British produce.
They offer both relaxed dining and private dining creating bespoke menus for clients wishing for a personalised experience.
The responsibilities of this Chef de Partie position will include:
- Maintaining the standards of this great establishment
- Working effectively as part of the kitchen team
- Supporting Senior Chefs
- Taking part in training and development
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a high quality kitchen and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed as a Chef de Partie. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
