Chef de Partie Â£23k per annum plus live in accommodation.
Our luxury client is located 2 miles from Fort William which is the outdoors capital of the UK.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our stable brigade of 6. You will be responsible for running your own kitchen section and assisting the sous chef on the head chefs days off and have input into our menus.
You will have at least 2 years experience at chefÂ de partieÂ level and have 2 rosette experience.
There is scope for career progression not only within the hotel but within the larger company which have some amazing properties.
