Hams Hame Pub & Grill - situated at the 18th hole of the Old Course in St. Andrews iconic Hamilton Grand! Offering outstanding Scottish cuisine that showcases the best ingredients. Working in a fun and busy kitchen that caters for popular Hams Hame, this is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to develop your skills and progress.
Main Kitchen Working in a busy kitchen that caters for a number of outlets, including Sands Grill and Afternoon Tea,this is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to develop your skills and progress.

- Experience in a similar role and it is preferred that you are qualified to SVQ 2 or 3 level or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques
- Be able to demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen, e.g. meat, fish and poultry cooking andÂ the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauce.
