A very busy all fresh food restaurant is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their team. Here you will learn about gels, foams and modern techniques, gluten, vegan and vegeterian food. We have a large brigade and a 100 cover restaurant.
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You must have worked in a reputable all fresh food everything made from scratch kitchen or ideally Rosette standard. You need to have a real passion for food and have at least 2 to 3 years experience working as a Chef de Partie to a high quality and worked on all sections within the kitchen. You need to be hard-working, reliable and really want to learn and progress your career further. Great opportunity for the right person with the right attitude.
£23K plus £2K tips, plus, all overtime paid by hour
6 shifts, 1 double, 40 hour week
2 days off per week.
