The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience is essential! You can navigate the kitchen like the pro that you are.
Food Safety and Health and Safety are a priority for you.
Ability to work on their own initiative calmly when under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full chef whites uniform, safety shoes and knives
Hold a clean, fully enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to get one)
Main Responsibilities for Chef De Partie
Prepare engaging and enticing menus for students of all ages
You’ll use your initiative to ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
You’ll be great at following guidance from the head chef or sous chef.
You’ll be creative, as you will have an input in new ways of presentation or dishes.
You’ll be efficient, but you never let that affect your top quality food! #
