Our Client, a stunning Country Hotel based on the Outskirts of Thetford are looking for a passionate, driven and fully committed Chef de Partie to join the outstandingly talented kitchen team.
Set in fantastic grounds with fresh local produce being the main focus, your job will be to support the Head and Sous Chef in preparing, cooking and plating meals from both the bar and restaurant menus. The Hotel also caters for Weddings and Events therefore function menus for 200+ guests will also be required at times.
The salary is £18,000 - £19,000 but is negotiable for the right candidate.
The ideal applicant will be willing to learn and take direction from a very accomplished Head Chef to forge a successful career in the industry.
Own transport would be essential due to the rural location of the client.
