A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our client, a Michelin star restaurant in North Norfolk.
As Chef de Partie you will be working under the talented senior chefs in the kitchen, and given responsibility for a certain section of the kitchen during service.
The restaurant menu boasts an exquisite tasting menu which is changed daily. The focus is on fresh, local and seasonal produce, with an innovative and unique twist on the cooking techniques.
A salary of £22,000 is on offer, plus tips and bonus, with live-in available if it is required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for “up and coming” Chefs de Partie that would like the opportunity to prove themselves in a professional kitchen under the watchful eye of an extremely talented Head Chef. Previous experience in a Michelin background would be preferred, however we are willing to consider strong Chefs de Partie that have the motivation and drive to succeed and learn new skills. The successful applicant will be able to work under pressure in fast paced environments, and thrive when working of part of a team.
