Beautiful Hotel cooking all fresh food, set in beautiful grounds with views of the sea is looking for a Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
Looking for an experienced Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef with all fresh food from a high quality kitchen restaurant or hotel. You will work in a brigade of 8 and you need to be passionate about food and want to continue to learn. You need to be Professional qualified with a minimum of 2-3 years experience of working in a high quality kitchen cooking all fresh food, everything made from scratch. No job hoppers please.
£20K to £24K plus tips £100/£200 per month
4 day week straight shifts 9.30am to 10pm approx, BUT 3 days off
Live in accommodation available at £50 per week
Must be living and working in the UK
