Are you a Chef de Partie looking for a move to a stunning 163 bedroom exclusive hotel in the heart of London, serving fresh, seasonal food in an experienced kitchen.Do you have a passion to succeed within a brigade of chefs producing fresh food? If yes then this position could be for you!!
All the menus are seasonal modern and British, using locally sourced produce where possible. All cuisine is made from fresh including all stocks, sauces, desserts etc., using classic and modern cooking techniques. You will work 5 days over 7 and all your shifts will be straight - either an early of a late shift, meaning a work / life balance is possible!
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a busy section in the kitchen. Similar experience within a busy, 4* star hotel would be preferable but not essential
The successful Chef de Partie candidate will need strong man management & cooking skills, enthusiasm & a creative flair and the confidence to run a busy section in a fast paced environment.
NVQ Level two required
