They are currently recruiting an experienced CHEF DE PARTIE, with proven professional skills to work in one of it's inns set in the heart of the Ribble Valley.
A stunnning property with 23 bedrooms, restaurant, bar lounge and private dining room.
What are we looking for to be successful in the role of CHEF DE PARTIE?
Experience of working in a busy kitchen of comparable size and complexity- Covers at the weekend can be 100-170.
Strong team player who can work independently at busy times, follwoing spec.
Flexibility in working hours are required for Chef De Partie as we service Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shifts can start as early as 6.30am and late shifts can finish around 11.30pm.
