Job Title - Chef de Partie

Our client a prestigious Golf Club near Ascot are currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to further enhance their team of 5 in the kitchen

Role Responsibilities:
To assist in the day to day running of the kitchen
To work Closely as part of a team to achieve targets
To work as part of an innovative team to modernise and push the food offering as a whole
To develop menus alongside the Head Chef
To be responsible for health and safety protocols within the kitchen
To liaise with EHO to maintain high standards of Hygiene
To communicate with suppliers to attain the best prices and seasonal produce.

Person Specification

A proven track record working in high quality establishments
Experience using modern cooking techniques and equipment
Be Professional and approachable
Have a passion to improve and develop standards
