Our client is a fantastic gastro pub situated in the heart of an affluent village near Woking, Surrey. With a great local reputation the pub is consistently busy, especially on Sundays where a traditional home cooked roast is on offer. The pub prides itself on its locally sourced produce and tries to make as much as possible fresh, in-house regularly changing menus to keep seasonal and innovative.

They are currently looking to recruit their Chef de Partie to join their talented team.

The ideal chef de partie will be from a similar background, with the ability to cope with a fast paced busy kitchen. As chef de partie your role will be running sections within the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes from quality fresh produce and training & supervising Commis Chefs.

There is no accommodation for this role so the ideal Chef de Partie will be local to the area and have there own transportation.

The successful Chef de Partie will be offered a great salary of up to £25K + Tips, be part of thriving team and career progression within the company.
