This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie or senior commis chef to grow with a team who encourages each other to develop in all areas of the kitchen and will offer you an input on the menu design.
The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie or Senior Commis who has been working in busy kitchens where you were working with fresh produce. A chef who is wanting a role where they will be encouraged to develop their knowledge of the kitchen will be ideal for this role.
