We are recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie on a casual basis, to ensure the delivery of high standards of cuisine within a specified section of the kitchen, for our 1 rosette brasserie, private dining, weddings and events. We want our food to create fantastic memories for our guests.
You will also support in providing coaching and training to members of the team.
Competencies of a Chef de Partie:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating excellent food knowledge.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
