Salary: £19,000 to £22,000 plus Overtime for extra work beyond contracted hours.

With a well-established kitchen garden the menu is based on local, seasonal produce.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 7 chefs, serving 60+ covers.
You will have good experience in a busy environment and possess the ability to assist with developing new dishes whilst maintaining high standards.
The role is full time, five days a week with a mixture of split shifts and single straight shifts
