Chef De Partie -Live-in Available
Total Staff Hospitality are excited to announce that our client, a Luxury Hotel operator, is seeking an experiencedChef de Partie for their 4 Star property near Warrington
I am looking for a good all-round experienced CDP, capable of running Larder and Garnish sections, with some experience in Pastry/Dessert section a benefit, and of course be able to work to the highest standards of food and hygiene
Currently holding 1 AA Rosette for it's main restaurant, they also have a lounge, bar and busy functions at this is very popular luxury hotel.
Each of the food outlets has its owned designated area in the single large kitchen, and you should have the flexibility to work any of these, and in addition you will be able to undertake all reasonable tasks set for you, assisting in the smooth running of this busy hotels kitchen
The position is on a 5 out of 7 rota basis, straight shifts, with a 45 hour contract, and an average working week of 52 hours (hours above contracted will be compensated)
Previous experience working in a quality hotel environment is essential for this role, along with the passion to deliver high quality food.
