Our client, a beautiful 4* hotel close to the banks of the river Thames is presently seeking aspiring CDP's to join it's large team.
The hotel provides guests and visitors with the full range of dining options from from it's 3 outlets including it's 2 rosette brasserie. They also have a busy afternoon tea service and Sunday lunch which is very popular.
You will be working with 100% fresh ingredients, cooking dishes from scratch to the highest standard. Ingredients are locally sourced by 'food heroes' who have established a relationship with the hotel built on quality. They also have a kitchen garden on site which the chef's can explore to find the freshest herbs and ingredients to compliment the dishes.
This position will be working as part of the busy main kitchen team (12 chefs) delivering brasserie-style food in it's bar and two restaurants. This will be quite varied as there are menu's catering for all types of dining experience.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role within a rosette standard or fine-dining operation. You will be required to work with orders with high accuracy to a high standard and be able to work seamlessly as part of the kitchen team.
Hours are between 0900 - 2300 split shift with a break in between. You will be working 5 days from 7 on a rota basis. Immediate start available.
