Chef de Partie Oxfordshire--£23K+ tips
We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for this well known 4*, 2AA Rosette hotel & restaurant sat in the delightful market town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire. Part of a successful group, the property is undergoing some changes to their food offering under their new Managing Director and as a result, need an extra member of staff in the kitchen that can run a couple of sections.
Given the location, in the heart of the Cotswold and being so close to Blenheim Palace, the menu features modern British classics. All produce is fresh and seasonal where possible.
As Chef de Partie West Oxfordshire, you will work in a team of 6 and will report into the Head Chef. You will have a real passion for food and will have experience cooking with fresh produce, ideally in a similar environment. With 2AA Rosettes in their restaurant, we are looking for a Chef de Partie for this Oxfordshire business that can cook to the highest standards possible and follow classic recipes.
This Chef de Partir role in West Oxfordshire will see you working around 50 hours peer week, including some split shifts.
Salary being offered is £23K, plus share of the tips.
