Chef de Partie Oxfordshire £24K basic + £3-£4K in tips (Live in)
Based in a lovely village setting, near Burford in West Oxfordshire, we are working with this lovely, quaint Country Inn with 3AA Rosettes.
Due to the success of trade so far and expansion of other sites within this small privately owned group, we are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie or Jnr Sous to join the existing brigade. We are looking for a Chef de Partie for this West Oxfordshire business that has a real passion for food and who can grow with the business. Their award winning Head Chef has put this business on the map and his food has brought in a lot of regulars. The reviews have been excellent for years, which led to him featuring on Saturday Morning Kitchen as Guest Chef with James Martin.
As a Chef de Partie in this Oxfordshire Gastropub/Inn you will work around 45 hours per week and its only a 4 day week!!!
Salary being offered is in the region of £24K, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to a cut of the tips that will get you around £3-£4K per year on top of the basic pay.
