This position has been created to expand the current team and help push food standards. The hotel is soon to undergo a restaurant refurbishment and they have plans to achieve rosette accolades within the next 18-24 months. A great time to join an exciting project and gain recognition for your work.
The job itself is working 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday, straight shifts. You will have input into new menu's, helping to train junior staff and handling quality fresh ingredients within a 95% fresh kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for food, will have at least 3 years professional kitchen experience and will be looking to progress into a sous chef position within the next 1-2 years.
