This well-known fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie. You will be creating fresh French/European cuisine with a strong focus on using only the best locally sourced produce available. You must be from a strong fine dining background; preferably of 3 AA Rosette/1 Michelin Star standards to be considered for this role.
This is a great opportunity as you would be working under a very talented, Michelin trained Executive Chef.
As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for your own section, but would also be given the opportunity to move around on all sections. You will be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs under your wing. You will be working 7/8 shifts per week over 4 days with 3 days off. An excellent salary package of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
