This exquisite fine dining restaurant, which is part of a global award winning group, is seeking a passionate and talented Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. This is an excellent opportunity as you will be working closely with an executive chef who is from a strong fine dining background. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine using only the finest available seasonal ingredients. You must have proven experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating to be considered for this role.
As Chef De Partie, you will be running your own section and be involved in the training of the junior chefs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas towards new menus. You will need to have a passion for food and be willing to learn. You will be contracted for 6 shifts per week with paid overtime available. An excellent salary of £26,000 per annum plus tronc is available for the right Chef De Partie.
