This fine dining restaurant, which is overseen by a very creative and inspirational Head Chef, is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join its brigade. You will be creating fresh British cuisine and there is a strong focus on using only the freshest seasonal produce available, all which are sustainable and locally sourced. You must have experience within restaurants of 1/2 AA Rosette standards to be considered for this role.
As Chef De Partie, you will be working across all sections as well as be involved in the development of the junior chefs under your wing. There would also be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion of the group. A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
