A strong Chef de Partie is required to work at a highly regarded restaurant in Oxfordshire
The Head Chef of an award winning restaurant is seeking to recruit a skilled Chef de Partie who can bring strength to the kitchen team by being capable of cooking on and running any section to the high standards expected at the venue. The restaurant is a popular choice for locals and visitors to the area with the choice of the fine dining 'a la carte’ menu or the set menu as well as being a favourite for Sunday Lunch serving up to 80 covers most weeks. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be joining an ambitious team of chefs seeking to further raise the profile of the restaurant as a leading dining option in the region.
All Chef de Parties applying to this role should have had experience working in multi-AA Rosette or equivalent kitchens. As well as being a confident, all round chef you should also have full understanding of hygiene regulations.
