This exciting gastronomic restaurant, which is part of an award-winning group, is seeking a very enthusiastic and food focused Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine with an emphasis on incorporating home grown vegetables as the heart of each dish. This establishment has adopted a farm to fork approach and uses only the best seasonal produce available.
As Chef De Partie, will be working with a very close knit brigade to ensure the smooth running of all sections as well as be involved in the training of the junior chefs. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be essential as you progress in your career. You will be working 48 hours over 6 shifts per week with overtime paid at an hourly rate. An excellent salary package of up to £26,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
