This South West London British Brasserie is seeking the talents of an experienced chef de Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating Modern British Cuisine and there is strong focus on using only the finest carefully sourced ingredients. You must have experience within fine dining restaurants, preferably of a 1/ 2 AA rosette standard.

As Chef De Partie, you will be working closely with the head chef on all sections. You will be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs under your wing. You will also be given the opportunity to contribute your ideas towards new menus. A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
