A Chef de Partie role is available at a luxury hotel located in Berkshire
A Chef de Partie is required to join the large team of chefs working at a high quality hotel where your role will be based in the kitchen of the Brasserie style restaurant at the venue. The Brasserie offers seasonal, fresh menus with a combination of classic and modern dishes all prepared in the open plan kitchen. This is a popular dining venue for guests of the hotel so this Chef de Partie role will require you to serve large numbers of covers on a daily basis ensuring that you always maintain the high standards in place at the property.
A strong Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who is used to working in a high volume, all fresh food kitchen environment is needed for this position. The ability to work to high standards whilst under pressure in an open plan kitchen is essential.
