A Berkshire boutique style hotel has a Chef de Partie position available
A boutique style hotel that offers high class, fine dining is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to the kitchen where you will be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. In this role of Chef de Partie you will prepare dishes for the fine dining restaurant and the bar area which have separate menus serving between 30-40 covers a day but 60+ on the weekends. The hotel is also host to a small functions and private dining events which you will also be catering for. This is a great opportunity to work within a big team of highly skilled chefs which can offer you excellent opportunities to develop your all round cooking skills and progress your career.
All chefs applying to this position should be working as a Chef de Partie in a high quality, fresh food operation at the moment. The ability to work well within a large team of chefs where you can fully support the senior chefs is essential for this role.
