A busy multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy are looking to expand their team by appointing an MRICS Surveyor to act as an Employers Agent / Client’s representative based in their London office. They have been in operation for over 20 years and has become a market leading specialist in the Residential sector. They provide a variety of services including; Project Management, Health and Safety, Cost Consultancy and Building Surveying on New Build, Regeneration and Maintenance projects.

You will be acting as an Employers Agent and Client Representative on a range of New Build and Regeneration Housing projects across London and Home Counties. You will be reporting directly to a Partner and will be responsible for delivering multiple projects from inception through to completion ensuring they are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. You will also form concise and accurate Tender and Contract Documentation and interrogate Contractor and Designer proposals under a D&B contract.

You will be MRICS or similarly qualified with a minimum of five years post qualification experience in either a Building Surveying OR Quantity Surveying role. You will have a demonstrable track record of successfully leading New Build / Regeneration projects through to completion. You will be experienced in construction procurement, contracts and administering projects and have an understanding of JCT D&B form of contracts. You must also hold a full UK drivers licence.
