Opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a UK leading property and construction consultancy.

Your new company

This is one of UK leading property and construction consultancies, with numerous offices across UK. They have worked on some of UK's most prestigious projects. This company works across most sectors of construction and is continuing to excel in this marketplace.

Your new role

You will be joining the PQS team working on a range of projects in Bristol. You will also help monitor, train and mentor the junior Quantity Surveyors. You will be lead PQS on your designated projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and ideally you will be already MRICS qualified with experience of working for a private practice quantity surveyors or multi disciplinary firm of consultants. You will need to have good pre and post contract experience and be able to do feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, cost plans, databases, tenders as well as contract administration and all post contract duties. You should be able to run your own projects and also work as part of a team. You will have a stable work record and have worked for a known UK firm. You will ideally have worked on some UK based projects.
