Building a high net worth client base from scratch is difficult. In fact, it's not for most advisers.

But you're good at new business. You have a network that will support you. And a great track record.

But no matter how good you are, you're dependent on your brand, your proposition, the guidance you get. If they aren't right, achieving what you want is even more difficult.

This firm knows how to guide you. They have recruited and established many good advisers over the past few years. Chartered planners who are now writing sizeable amounts of business with wealthy clients.

They know how to reward you too. They worked with an outside agency to ensure packages are market-leading. Salaries can go as high as £90,000. There's two bonuses - an annual scheme and an assets under management one. There is even a buy-out scheme that provides for a long-term exit strategy.

You'll be an experienced financial planner. Chartered status is something you'll have or will want to get. You'll have a strong track record and be confident of winning new business.

This is an important point. Whilst you will receive leads, you need to be confident that you can build your own HNW client base. Existing relationships with introducers for example will help you with this.

If you have a specialism (such as Personal Injury) that is of interest too. The business has lots of professional connections that would benefit a niche adviser.

If you want to hear how it would work for you, click apply. Send us a CV or a way of contacting you and we will have a conversation.
