  • Submission of Confirmation statements according to prepared list
  • Incorporation of Ltd’s, putting new companies in all lists for administration, paper folders
  • Creating packs of documents for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and Sole Rep visa - initial applications and extension
  • Create list of companies for preparation of accounts
  • Processing of incoming correspondence
  • Monthly, quarterly, annual renewal of services - contact client, send invoice, chase payment
  • Make Confirmation Statement lists monthly, contact each client to confirm details, submit CS
  • Monthly services for clients - manage online banking, make payments, regularly update on balance, sign documents with Directors as requested + regular payments from clients’ accounts
  • BVI companies administration - contacting the agent and the client, drafting documents, processing orders, renewal of services, new company incorporations -> all contact between client and agent
  • Creating lists for submission of Confirmation Statements, check payment, contact client, submit approved version
  • Creating documents (based on drafts) according to client requests
  • Responding to incoming enquiries (email and phone) if they are in English (and Russian as per the Directors’ instructions)
  • Coordinating all corporate structure projects
  • Conducting client meetings as and when requested: explaining our services, advising the client on the appropriate service package
  • Overlooking and assisting the client and the legal department in communication with banks
