A specialist Building Surveying Consultancy are looking for a career-focused Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team.
The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to support the growth an development of a relatively new office in Manchester.
This role presents the chance to work with and develop a prestigious client base, both existing and new, with the opportunity to expand on this consultancy's current project portfolio.
Initially, the Chartered Building Surveyor will have a focus within the residential space, providing key services such as contract administration, party wall, building pathology and building surveys.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will ideally be an enthusiastic, professional and client-facing individual.
- Qualified with MRICS
- Proven project delivery experience
- Similar consultancy experience
What's on offer?
- £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
