Salary- £55,000-75,000 + Benefits
Our client is looking for a motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to work on their exciting Central Birmingham developments as well as its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing, managing and monitoring the delivery of the building process, as well as providing professional knowledge in regards to project works. This opportunity is best suited to an individual who can communicate well with their client and is looking to progress their career as part of a vibrant team.
The role of a Chartered Building Surveyor
- Risk assessment of any work undertaken
- Managing building projects
- Keeping clients informed of progress
- Implementing planned work programmes to schedule
- Building development
- MRICS Chartered- 2-5 years since Chartership
- Experience of residential and commercial schemes
- Experience of neighbourly matters/party walls projects will be of added benefit
- Strong team management skills
