They have a holistic and sensitive approach to sustainable design, within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They have enjoyed steady growth year on year, allowing them to expand and become multi-disciplinary with in-house structural engineers and interior designers.
Your new role
As well as taking a leading design role within the company and promoting this externally, you will be required to run projects from RIBA work stages 1-6 and nurture and develop client relationships. You will also be responsible for developing junior members of staff as they look to seek their qualifications. Another part of your role will be supporting the Senior Management on larger scale projects as they take the lead.
What you'll need to succeed
- RIBA Part-III or equivalent degree qualification
- Excellent design skills
- Project running experience (RIBA 1-6)
- Fluency in English with excellent visual and verbal communication skills
- UK planning policy and building regulation knowledge
