RM Recruit are working with a South Birmingham Charity to assist in the recruitment of an interim Finance Manager for their team. The organisation is social charity who deliver their services across the UK via contracts with local government and NHS providers.

The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support with the strategic financial management
  • Oversee financial reporting and audits
  • Preparation of the annual budgets
  • Be responsible for the required audits associated with payroll and tendering
  • Present financial management reports
  • Oversee cash management systems
  • Balance income and expenditure

The successful candidate will possess the ability to ability to plan, budget and forecast and must have experience in charity or Not for Proft settings. We are ideally seeking a qualified accountant for this post and experience of using Open accounts would be highly advantageous.

This role will require 1 day per week onsite with the remaining 4 days home based. This role will have a duration of 6 months.
