Role: Part time Charity Administrator

Salary: £17,500 pro rata

Hours: Part time 30 hour week, Monday to Friday (flexible)

This is an ideal role for someone looking for a warm, friendly environment to continue their office career in a company that gives back to the community. From processing volume orders to the first point of contact for the office, this person will be a pivotal support to the Office Coordinator with opportunities for the growth in responsibilities.

Duties

  • Processing invoices
  • Replying to emails and postal queries
  • Using stock management system
  • Taking and making calls
  • Responsible for Facilities Management issues
  • Using Excel to track orders
  • Streamlining existing processes
