A Head Office charity, based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, are currently seeking an altruistic and immensely hard-working individual to join the Admin Support team.
This will provide a wealth of variety and responsibilities, providing full administrative for all events organised by the charity. This will include booking venues, coordinating travel arrangements, organising invites and attendees. You will also be responsible for keeping the client database accurate and up to date, as well as acting as the first point of call for all email and telephone enquiries.
This is an ongoing temporary role, starting in two weeks time, paying £8 an hour.
