Change Manager - Permanent Position - Guildford - £48,000 - £52,000
My Guildford based client is seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to join their Change Management team.
The organisation is currently undergoing a large scale systems implementation as they look to update their systems and consolidate their existing ones. They are midway through their 4 year transformation programme and are looking to bring someone in to help manage the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.
Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance of systems. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will be an excellent communicator with experience dealing with stakeholders of all levels.
On a day to day basis you will be required to:
- Address conflicting priorities diplomatically, calmly but assertively to reach compromise.
- Take ownership of requests for change and ensure that they are progressed to implementation and review.
- To work on own initiative to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise appropriately.
- Be involved in the coaching and training of colleagues in the process and logic of change management.
Essentially you will have a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

35 hour week
25 days annual leave rising to 30 days, plus all Bank Holidays and additional Christmas leave
