Role: Change Manager (Retail energy operations)

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £45,000

A brand-new energy supplier are seeking a Change Manager to lead delivery of a portfolio of change initiatives which could be regulatory, process improvement or IT change. The Change manager will have knowledge of energy regulation, and the ability to develop lean processes. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage delivery of a portfolio of change initiatives
  • Develop and manage change management processes and reporting, using standard project management methodologies and governance
  • Ensure projects have clearly defined requirements, plans, resources and governance
  • Manage business readiness for all projects, ensuring changes are properly tested, operational processes are accurately documented and trained out and cut over is effectively managed
  • Lead and motivate cross business project teams in delivery of projects

Skills and experience:

  • Proven change management experience in a complex organisation, preferably with related qualifications or training (eg 6 Sigma, Lean, Prince, Agile)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement lean processes
  • Energy regulation knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Local to or knowledge of Portsmouth and Hampshire
