Change Analyst provides change management expertise, support and guidance for the transformational changes that the programme will bring to functions all across Selfridges.

Know the role

Working as part of our 2020 project you’ll share your knowledge through unique Selfridges stories such as assisting the project team in the Discovery and Definition phases to ensure that the wider change impacts on the business are both planned for and understood, develop change impact assessments and readiness to change assessments – this includes impacts on roles and gaps in capability, assist in assessing which types of change strategies/tactics might be best employed ensuring that they are fit for purpose and reflect the environment and Support the Workstream Change Manager in the planning, development and delivery of change mobilisation and communication events.

Using your passion for what you do, you’ll work confidently with various stakeholders throughout the business to deliver exceptional service and Ensure that change management 'lessons learned' from other workstreams/projects are taken account of in formulating the approach and plan for SVS projects - feedback any lessons learned to the Workstream Change Manager, Support on the definition and articulation of business benefits, translating this through to ‘what’s in it’ for the business and individuals and Work with the Project Manager on the creation and maintenance of a change plan and risk monitoring log.

The role of the Change Analyst is to support the change management of projects within the Single View of Stock Workstream which falls within our exciting 2020 programme. The The Change Analyst is accountable for ensuring that the requirements for business change as a result of the project are understood and that actionable change plans are created. The role will involve working closely with the project team and key stakeholders (e.g. workstream leads, business leads and various teams across the business). Working with the internal training and communications teams the Change Analyst will bring the change plan to life.

Experience of supporting a transformation programme in a change management capacity is essential for this role.
