The school does have an improving outlook and is hoping to gain a GOOD Ofsted inspection. With the Christian faith, the school are regularly checked by SIAMs and so it is important that you have a strong understanding of the beliefs and religious backgrounds of the children attending school, but also be able to provide a varied RE Curriculum.
There is a new Head teacher set to take over in school after the Easter holidays and so there may be some changes in staffing; however the school has a warm and welcoming feel! The staff who have worked in there this year have commented on how 'everyone mucks in and gets on with the job' and 'the senior leaders in school cant do enough for you'. If this is the sort of working environment you are keen to work in after Easter then please do not hesitate to contact me in the office on or email me your cv
We also have a number of non teaching roles with the agency…If you know anyone who is on the look out for a Teaching Assistant or SEN support role then also please pass on this information and get yourself a recommendation fee!
