CEO - Radio
£60,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our client is a small but well established radio station, based in central London with a young and loyal following of listeners. They have considerable private investment and are looking for a CEO to join the group to commercialise the station.
Your role, as CEO will primarily involve managing the station team, compromising of full time and freelance sales people, marketing, operations, DJs and producers. Secondly but most important you will be responsible for the commercial side of the station, hands on selling across airtime, partnerships, digital, S&P & content and later down the line, events, speaking with clients directly and also advertising agencies.
The ideal candidate will come from a consumer print, digital, TV or radio background. You will have direct experience of speaking with clients across music, fashion, lifestyle, food & drink, automotive, etc. essentially any advertiser looking to target the 15 - 30 year old demographic.
