Acme Appointments is working with an informal property company who provides office space across London. They have over 60 business centres across London. You will be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, from customers, prospective customers, agents, visitors, and contractors. The Receptionist should provide high levels of customer service at all times and ensure that there is a warm, welcoming and responsive reception service. You should aim to build and maintain a strong community network.
The Receptionist will assist in hosting networking events to create and forge new relationships with potential customers and relevant stakeholders. You should be familiar with telecoms industry terminology, USPs, sales processing and pricing and the ability to communicate this to potential customers. Other duties will include assisting in the management of meeting rooms.
The successful candidate should be personable and professional with proven experience in customer care and people skills. You should be a strong verbal communicator with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate comfortably with all other internal staff at all levels. Strong IT skills, with a sound grasp of social media will be a huge advantage in this role.
This is a Monday to Friday role with the benefit of working for a FTSE 250 company. The company is looking to start someone as soon as possible.
