We are looking to recruit a part time Centre Operations Executive for our Deansgate store, with an aptitude for organisation and great communication skills. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Assisting the Centre Manager, you will be working within our centrally located Deansgate store to interact with customers and assist with the smooth running of the centre. You will manage and assist with jobs such as shipments and copy jobs, ensuring all jobs are executed on time to a high standard. You'll need a great customer manner, and will network with customers in the centre to help provide sales leads to the team, and when necessary, resolve customer complaints and queries. You will assist with mail shots and marketing campaigns with the support from our team, and handle general paperwork within your role. We are looking for someone who has great organisation and a positive customer approach who is looking for the flexibility of a part-time role, as this will be three days a week. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Ability to work part-time in our Deansgate Centre
  • Great organisation skills
  • Customer service skills

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

  • Experience in a retail / office administration role
